When people have been emotionally damaged in family of origin, work, or elsewhere, they struggle until intervention occurs. Therefore, we teach how to leverage PEMSS to perform the tasks at work more effectively and humanely. Corporations have so many scars that many companies require systemic healing. We teach students how to manage a team, conduct a healing plan for corporations so that they regain trust and advance from surviving to thriving. This is not a business degree but a program in how to be a modern-day sage or healer in the workplace.
